Account and synchronization
Guest records stay in the current browser. When you sign in, supported records are combined with your private account and synchronized between signed-in devices. If synchronization pauses, keep the page open and check your internet connection before signing out.
Saved tickets
Only lines you lock as played tickets enter My Tickets. Keep every physical ticket. Nico’s Lottery Lab records information for organization, but the selling lottery controls validation and payment.
Delayed official results
When a current official result cannot be verified, the app leaves affected tickets pending and does not compare them. Older results may appear only as dated reference information.
Notifications
Open My Tickets and the Result Alert Center to change email choices or enable or disable push notifications on the current device. SMS controls appear only if SMS delivery is configured.
Ticket scanning and manual entry
The scanner checks photo quality and attempts local OCR first. If that is incomplete, you may explicitly authorize one prepared ticket image to be temporarily uploaded to Nico’s Lottery Lab’s protected server. During that authorized cloud attempt, the server may temporarily create enhanced or cropped views of the image, including additional targeted views when needed, and send them to Google Cloud Vision for text recognition. Cloud recognition is optional and every returned field remains editable. Always compare every recognized number and drawing date with the physical ticket before saving. Manual entry remains available.
Deleting an account
Signed-in users can permanently delete their Nico’s Lottery Lab account and synchronized app data from the account panel. This cannot be undone.

Include the device, browser, page, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send ticket barcodes, ticket photographs, claim codes, payment information, passwords, or identity documents.
